BEEHIVE AND BEYOND stands behind the quality of the BEEHIVE brand products that we sell to our customers. We understand that there are times when a return might be necessary. Please carefully review our Return Policies and Procedures for a store credit or exchange only. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.

If a product arrives damaged or with missing parts, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery- as stated by the carrier- so that we may rectify the situation as soon as possible.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unopened products in original condition, for a store credit or even exchange within 10 days of the invoice date. Customers returning non-defective merchandise will be responsible for shipping charges to return the product and will incur a 25% restocking fee without exception. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on special orders, unless it was an internal error. In addition, all closeout/clearance products are final sale. Please follow the procedure for returns explained in detail below.


Returns of non-branded, defective products must be made within 10 days of the invoice date for a store credit or even exchange.
There is a 90 day Limited Warranty from invoice date for all BEEHIVE brand products that covers all defects.
Beehive and Beyond is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or human error on installation.
Original Equipment by Manufacturer (OEM) products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. Products must be returned to BEEHIVE AND BEYOND for initial inspection. Returned goods are then sent to the appropriate Manufacturer for evaluation. If product is found defective, new product is exchanged. If product is not found to be defective, or is outside the warranty period, no exchange will be issued. In this case, parts can be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.


No returns will be accepted without approval and an RMA number.
1. Contact us within 10 days of the invoice date to obtain an RMA number.
2. Carefully package the items to be returned. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

For your protection, use a carrier that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. RMA shipments must be postmarked no later than 5 business days from the RMA issuance date.

Once the RMA Shipment is received at our facility, the items will be inspected, and a store credit or even exchange will be issued based on the customer’s request. If items were claimed to be defective, thorough testing and inspection will be conducted prior to approving an even exchange or credit.
